We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
Eligible Products:
- Only unopened and undamaged products are eligible for returns and refunds.
- This includes sealed bags of loose-leaf tea and any unopened teaware or accessories.
Return Window:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your eligible items.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact us by email at [email protected]
- In your email, please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and send you a return authorization number (RAN) if your return is approved.
- Include the RAN with your returned items.
- Packing and Shipping: Carefully pack your unopened and undamaged items in the original packaging (if possible).
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own records.
- Return Address: We will provide the return address in your return authorization email.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned items and verify they are unopened and undamaged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used loose-leaf tea is not eligible for return or refund due to the perishable nature of the product.
- Any items damaged due to improper handling during return shipping will not be refunded.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges for products. If you would like a different product, you may return your unopened and undamaged item for a refund and then place a new order.
